The Opportunity:
As an Account Payable Intern, you will be part of the Finance Team. The most important thing is that the intern’s role will primarily involve providing necessary assistance, while concurrently the AP team members’ doing day to day tasks and overseeing flow that need to be changed or adjusted.
What You Will Do:
- Check & journal data Petty Cash Club
- Check & journal data Refund
- Filing and scan hardcopy invoices received
- Check & journal data hardcopy invoices
- Send wire transfer Tagihan/Pajak
- Check & journal data Aqua Galon for each club
- Input transactions/invoices received on emails to accounting system
- Maintain vendor data
- Adhoc
What We Need:
- Basic knowledge in journal entry
- Communication skills
- Time management
- Familiarity with Account Payable flow/process
- Having experience with accounting system
- Familiarity with Excel formula
